The Baker supports the Head Baker through regular production of batters, doughs, buttercreams, toppings and other baked goods and the appropriate packaging and storage of finished product. Position requires physical strength and dexterity and the ability to lift 50#.

- Regular interaction with customers including greeting and taking and filling orders.
- Answering phone and helping customers with questions and requests.
- Regular restocking of product, beverages and merchandise.
- Regular, consistent cleaning of shop including customer and team areas.
- In addition to the above responsibilities, FOH team members who are frosters are responsible for filling, frosting and topping already baked cupcakes and maintaining adequate levels of frosted, finished product for selling and for filling orders.

Approximate Shift Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 4:30-7:30 p.m.
Friday – Saturday: 5-9 p.m.
