Brief Description:

The Head Baker helps to maintain overall shop functioning by being the point person of the production team, who maintains adequate, quality production and storage of all baked goods and their components. The position requires physical strength and dexterity and the ability to lift 50#.

The Head Baker promotes the mission of The Cup by providing leadership, demonstrating product knowledge, maintaining product quality and store cleanliness while fulfilling shift duties with a positive attitude.

Brief Description:

The Baker supports the Head Baker through regular production of batters, doughs, buttercreams, toppings and other baked goods and the appropriate packaging and storage of finished product. Position requires physical strength and dexterity and the ability to lift 50#.

Brief Description:

  • Regular interaction with customers including greeting and taking and filling orders.
  • Answering phone and helping customers with questions and requests.
  • Regular restocking of product, beverages and merchandise.
  • Regular, consistent cleaning of shop including customer and team areas.
  • In addition to the above responsibilities, FOH team members who are frosters are responsible for filling, frosting and topping already baked cupcakes and maintaining adequate levels of frosted, finished product for selling and for filling orders.

Brief Description: 

Prep the bakery for the next day of business!

Duties include:

  • Wash and organize dishes
  • Sweep/ Mop/ Vacuum
  • Clean bathrooms
  • Clean dining area
  • Laundry

Shift Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 4:30-6:30 p.m.

Friday – Saturday: 5:00-8:00 p.m.
